MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All our products come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer. Also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. Manufacturer's warranty is voided on all cartridges that are more than one (1) year old from the date of purchase. For all claims of defective products purchased from Inkiest.com, the customer must notify Inkiest.com to obtain a RMA number for the defective product, see our return policy.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Inkiest.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
